For people in the EU and the UK
Due to new tax laws, I am currently unable to ship to the EU and the UK including Ireland through this website. If you would like to place an order, please contact me through the contact form and I will make you a custom listing on Etsy. VAT and import fees may be added on arrival. These fees are the customer's responsibility and I will not be able to refund shipping on orders that are not accepted because of these fees. Please note that I'm currently unable to ship to Germany due to new packaging laws.
If shipping to your location is unavailable, please feel free to contact me and I'll check what options are currently possible.
I usually ship once a week. Please allow 3 to 14 business days from payment for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are sent using Japan Post and it can take anywhere between 3 days and 2 months to arrive to certain countries.
Import duties, taxes, VAT, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. I will not be able to refund shipping on orders that are not accepted because of these fees.
Please note that if your order contains a pre-order, a payment plan or a reservation item, everything will be shipped together once all the items are ready. If you want your other items quicker, please buy them separately.
Please make sure there are no mistakes in your shipping address before ordering.
If an order comes back to me due to an incorrect shipping address or if the package is unclaimed, the order will be re-sent at the customer's expense.
If you would like to combine orders, please contact me before placing your second order.
Exchange, Return and Refund
I pack every order with great care, but if you get a broken or a wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order and a refund or replacement can be arranged.
If you ordered the wrong size and would like to do an exchange, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that I will not be able to offer an exchange or a refund if the size you need is out of stock. if an exchange is possible, the shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. Please make sure to read the measurements carefully and feel free to contact me anytime if you need help choosing the right size for you.
I will not accept exchanges, returns or refunds if an item is not what you expected or if you have changed your mind.
Some of my items are handmade, which means they are all a little unique and the item you'll receive may vary slightly from the pictures posted on the listings. Please take this into consideration before buying as it cannot be the reason for a return or a refund.
I make sure all my creations are well made and reliable, but if mistreated they may break or become damaged. Please treat your Chocolat Chaud items with as much care and love as I put into creating them!♡

Payment Methods and currency
If your order is over 100$ before shipping and you would like a payment plan, please contact me through the contact form of this website and I will make you a custom listing after we agree to the terms. Payments can be spread over a maximum 3 months. Payment plan orders are only shipped after the full payment is received.
I currently only accept payments through Stripe and Paypal.
All my prices are in US dollars, the currency converter is only an approximation.
